Hellas Canyon activities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the products and services provided by “Hellas Canyon” (for the purposes of this document and hereinafter referred to as “Hellas Canyon”) and govern the contractual relationship between you and Hellas Canyon with respect to any such products. and tour and activity services (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). All excursions / activities are organized by the company “Hellas Canyon”, in accordance with Greek and European legislation. The booking agreement is made by Hellas Canyon E-Services, a distinctive title of the “Hellas Canyon” activity office, if it is mentioned in the relevant invoice. Your trip or activity will be made by Hellas Canyon.
Please read these Terms carefully as by booking any Product with Hellas Canyon E-Services or participating in a Hellas Canyon tour / activity or Product you acknowledge that:
i) Have read and understood these Terms and
ii) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you have confirmed your booking on any Products with
more than one customer named and enrolled in this booking, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) on behalf of all booking customers (including minors and people with disabilities) and to participate in any Products (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “Customers”), and with this participation all participants declare their consent to these Terms. Customer
who confirmed the booking is considered as the designated contact person for all other customers mentioned in this booking.
THE RESERVATION CONTRACT
The booking is confirmed and these Terms apply when Hellas Canyon or an authorized agent acting on behalf of Hellas Canyon has received the appropriate deposit from Customer and Customer has received written confirmation from Hellas Canyon of the booking. Customer confirming booking must be at least 18 years old and agree to provide complete and accurate information as requested by Hellas Canyon to confirm booking. Any Customer who confirms booking on any Products with more than one Customer named and listed on this booking represents and warrants to Hellas Canyon that:
i) Have all the necessary consent and authorization to make such a reservation on behalf of all other Customers named in the reservation and have disclosed all necessary information to the other Customers to give them a free and fully up-to-date authorization to do so.
(ii) the information they provide about all customers is complete and accurate and they have obtained all necessary approvals and permits to exchange such information with Hellas Canyon for the purposes of completing the booking, and
iii) inform all other Customers about the relevant booking of the applicability of these Terms in the booking and the Customer relationship with Hellas Canyon.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & MEDICAL FORM
All Customers are required to provide the required relevant medical information to Hellas Canyon after booking their tour / activity product and may be required to complete the Hellas Canyon Medical Information Form.
If a Customer must state if he or she has pre-existing medical conditions that may affect his or her ability to complete the activities included in the Tour / Activity Product, the Customer’s ability to travel to remote areas away from medical facilities or who may have any impact regardless of the Customer’s ability to travel or the travel experience of others in the travel activity / activity. Customer may need to provide a Medical Form, duly signed by an authorized and qualified physician, to Hellas Canyon prior to the activity or in conjunction with Customer’s final payment for the booking in force.
The Customer agrees to fill in the medical form accurately and to guarantee Hellas Canyon that he will disclose all the relevant medical information accurately and completely. Hellas Canyon will maintain the information with strict confidence, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Hellas Canyon reserves the right to request proof or further information or professional medical advice in certain cases where it is deemed to serve the Customer’s interest or is necessary for the safe operation of the Products. Hellas Canyon reserves the right to deny any customer permission to participate in a Product where it deems it necessary for the sake of their health and safety. It may use the information provided in the Medical Form to obtain the advice of physicians and other information when making this decision. Hellas Canyon will provide a written explanation for any such decision upon Customer’s request. In case the Customer has made a reservation with Hellas Canyon and then is not able to fill in the required medical form for any reason within the deadline mentioned above, Hellas Canyon reserves the right to cancel the Customer reservation.
Customers are responsible for assessing their suitability and ability to participate in the booked event / activity. All Clients should consult their doctor about their suitability for travel, and in particular for adventure travel. Hellas Canyon encourages all Customers to seek the advice of a physician regarding necessary or appropriate vaccinations, medical precautions or other medical concerns regarding all travel. Hellas Canyon does not provide medical advice.
Some products may not be suitable for all people due to limitations caused by mobility, physical or cognitive disability, pregnancy or various other physical or mental conditions. It is the Customer’s responsibility to evaluate the risks and requirements of each Product in the light of its limitations, physical and mental capacity and condition, as well as its medical requirements or issues. Hellas Canyon may refuse to transport pregnant women over 24 weeks or Customers with certain conditions if it is not possible the arrangement of suitable accommodation or alternative products or services.
Outdoor activities and excursions, as offered by Hellas Canyon, by nature include visits to remote or less developed areas where medical facilities may not meet the standards of those in the client’s country. The condition of the medical facilities in Greece where Hellas Canyon operates varies and Hellas Canyon does not promote or provide any guarantees regarding the standard of these facilities or medical care.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Hellas Canyon will endeavor to meet Customers’ specific requests, including (without limitation) food and accommodation applications, but such requests are not part of these Terms or the contract between Customer and Hellas Canyon. Hellas Canyon is not responsible for any failure or dissatisfaction with these requests.
Customer Age Requirements: Customers aged 18 on the first trip are considered adults. In all Products an adult client over the age of 18 can accompany every 2 Minor Customers (defined as Customers under the age of 18) unless otherwise stated in the tour / activity description or otherwise from Hellas Canyon, the minimum age for Customers participating in the excursions / activities are 12 years old.
Minors: All reduced customer bookings are subject to review and approval by Hellas Canyon. In the event that the consent of a parent or any other person is required by applicable law, judgment or decree to relocate any minor client, the accompanying client is responsible for securing appropriate consent and ensuring participation in the applicable period. activity and meeting and departure from existing areas. Hellas Canyon is not responsible for any fees, losses or losses due to any failure by the Customer to obtain the necessary consents, licenses and approvals.
Every Adult in Reservation for any minor Customer is
jointly and severally liable for the conduct and welfare of all minors in this detention and expressly accepting these Terms on their behalf, including all
risk cases and limitations of liability contained herein. Each Adult in Detention for any minor Customer assumes all responsibility for supervision and monitoring. Hellas Canyon does not provide care services for underage Customers and does not accept any responsibility for attracting or controlling any underage Customer (s).
SECURITY
THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THAT IT MUST HAVE A GUARANTEED TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER WITH MEDICAL CARE AND ACCIDENT COVERAGE.
Covering all valid dates of any tour / activity with Hellas Canyon, the insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses.
On the first day of each product tour / activity, Hellas Canyon’s responsible escort or other representative will verify that all Customers have the required insurance coverage. It is strongly recommended and encouraged that
Customers also extend their coverage to include cancellation, deduction and any other costs that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience to Customer. The Customer acknowledges that the cost of the tour / activity does not include insurance coverage for the Customer and that the Customer is required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost in the price of the Tourist product / activity. When acquiring travel insurance, the Customer must certify that the Insurer knows the type of travel and activities that will take place so that the Insurer can adequately cover the trips to the valid Hellas Canyon product.
PRICES AND TAXES
The published price of any Product includes all taxes and can be changed at any time. Hellas Canyon E-Services can offer increased or reduced pricing on selected excursions / product activities. New pricing is strictly for new bookings and bookings that have already been confirmed are not eligible for new pricing.
POWER
All dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only and the price listed at the time of booking is the current price. Changes, revisions or other modifications may be made to the information contained in any Hellas Canyon brochure or the Hellas Canyon website prior to the conclusion of the contract and these changes, revisions or modifications will be incorporated herein from the date of the modification.
DEPOSITS
At the time of booking any Product, you must deposit a deposit in Hellas Canyon (if required), per person per tour. The deposit must be sent to Hellas Canyon or the authorized representative through which the customer has made a reservation, depending on the original form of booking. Some products may require full payment at the time of booking, where notice will be given prior to booking confirmation.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR BOOKING
As a condition for the valid confirmation of any booking with Hellas Canyon (including all Products) the Customer must provide all the necessary information as requested by Hellas Canyon. If the Customer fails to provide the required information for specific product bookings, the Customer bears all the responsibility and liability for any booking failure due to the Customer. Hellas Canyon also reserves the right to handle the canceled booking and to impose at its sole discretion any cancellations deemed reasonable by Hellas Canyon, provided the Customer has not provided complete booking details as requested by Hellas Canyon at the critical time. .
FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESERVATION
Customers should refer to their confirmation email sent by Hellas Canyon or its authorized representative for details on final payment for Booked Products. If the full payment is not received within the stipulated time limit, Hellas Canyon may change the price payable for the Product or face cancellation of the Product reservation and retain the payment made at the time of cancellation, at the sole discretion of Hellas Canyon. If for any Product the payment terms differ from those described in this section, the applicable terms will be notified to the Customer prior to booking and will also refer to the applicable invoice.
“Hellas Canyon” and “Hellas Canyon E-Services” are not responsible for any charges collected or charged by third parties and / or financial institutions and paid by the Customer as a result of a credit card transaction or other payment transaction in relation to Product purchase and does not refund any fees charged by these third parties in connection with payments made by Customers to Hellas Canyon.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
A Customer can cancel their booking by notifying Hellas Canyon or their Booking Agent, as appropriate.
Products (Tour / Activities) are subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be announced to booked customers.
GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY HELLAS CANYON Hellas Canyon guarantees that all scheduled excursions / activities booked by a Customer will be implemented in accordance with the schedule (subject to reasonable changes in the course).
Brochures and other forms that contain tour / activity information and departure dates are subject to change and are excluded from the warranty. Departure is guaranteed when at least one Customer has a confirmed reservation on it. This warranty does not apply in cases of force majeure as defined herein.
If a tour / activity is canceled by Hellas Canyon before the agreed departure date for reasons not arising out of Force Majeure or through the fault or negligence of the customer or within reasonable control, the Customer has the option:
(a) the acceptance by Hellas Canyon of a substitute tour / activity with a Product of equivalent or higher value, provided that such substitute is reasonably available; or
(b) Hellas Canyon acceptance of a lower value alternative tour / activity if there is no reasonably available tour / activity of equivalent or higher value and Hellas Canyon recovering the price difference between the tour / activity price at a cost similar to that of the alternative tour / activity or
(c) receive a full refund from Hellas Canyon of all money paid for the canceled product / tour / activity products.
Hellas Canyon is not responsible for any incidental costs or consequential losses that Customers may have incurred as a result of the canceled booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail transport, non-refundable or non-refundable parking, loss of enjoyment, etc. Hellas Canyon reserves the right to grant a full refund in lieu of the above options, in its sole discretion. In the event that after departure a significant item of the product as described is not possible, Hellas Canyon will make appropriate alternative arrangements for the continuation of the product / products of the tour / activity. If it is not possible to offer an alternative or the Customer reasonably rejects any suitable alternatives, Hellas Canyon will provide the Customer with a refund of the unused Products.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The Customer is
is responsible for its security and must be in its possession at all times during a Travel / Activity Product of a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel to Greece and readmission to the country of residence or departure of the Customer , as well as all visas, licenses and certificates. Customer accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and licenses prior to the commencement of the Product tour / activity and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences arising from missing or defective documents. Hellas Canyon does not warrant the accuracy of the information or advice it provides regarding climate, clothing, luggage, special equipment, etc. and Customer agrees that Hellas Canyon is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.
The authorities in Greece may require that the passport used to enter the country will remain valid for a minimum period after the date of entry into the country.
Therefore, customers should check with their competent passport office before booking the product, what are the requirements in Greece. It takes at least 3 weeks to receive a passport and applications can take longer during certain peak periods (for example, between April and September). It is therefore advisable to apply as soon as possible before the customer’s scheduled route.
FLEXIBILITY AND SERVICES WHICH ARE NOT USED
The Customer acknowledges that by booking a Product the nature of outdoor activities and tours requires considerable flexibility and acknowledges that they will allow reasonable changes to the Product and / or itinerary from Hellas Canyon. Customer acknowledges its understanding that the route, itineraries, facilities and mode of transport may be subject to change without notice due to circumstances or events that may include illness or mechanical failure, incidents at the location where the Product will operate, flight cancellations , strikes, events arising from political disputes, border entry difficulties, extreme weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of Hellas Canyon and that Hellas Canyon is not liable to any Customer for such changes or
modifications. Hellas Canyon shall not be liable or pay any discounts or refunds for services received or unused lost or not used by Customer, or any incorrect liability, negligence or breach of these Terms by Customer.
CHANGES
Changes that can be made by Hellas Canyon:
Reasonable changes may be made to the route of any Product where deemed necessary or appropriate for business reasons by Hellas Canyon, in its sole discretion.
Once a product tour / activity has begun, changes to this Product’s itinerary may be necessary or appropriate as a result of unforeseen circumstances or other reasons related to the effective operation of the Product, the health, safety, enjoyment of the Customer or the Customer comfort. Any changes are at the discretion of Hellas Canyon. Hellas Canyon will make appropriate alternatives, at no additional cost to the Customer, to continue the journey / activity of the Product and will
indemnify, on a case-by-case basis, the Customer for the difference between the services to be provided under the contract and the services provided. If Hellas Canyon is unable to make arrangements as described above for reasons other than the Customer’s refusal to accept such agreements, Hellas Canyon will provide the Customer with an equivalent transfer to the Customer’s place of departure or to another place where Customer and Hellas Canyon mutually agreed. The Customer acknowledges that it must have reasonable financial resources to cover the ancillary costs of each Product in which it participates, regardless of whether they result from a change of route or from the tour / activity itself and that Hellas Canyon is not responsible for the failure of any Prepare the client adequately for the tour / activity and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during that tour / activity. Hellas Canyon is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses associated with any changes to a Product’s itinerary.
Changes made by Customer: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided to Hellas Canyon upon booking is accurate, up to date and correct. Reservations are not transferable to other products.
Any changes to the Customer Traveler’s name on any product booking are subject to the approval of Hellas Canyon.
Any changes will be subject to availability and will be made on request and subject to the approval of Hellas Canyon. Any additional costs incurred in making the changes will be charged to the Customer along with an administrative fee. No reservations are allowed on any booking 10 days before the start of the activity / excursion.
In the event that the Customer is prevented, due to reasons beyond the Customer’s control, from proceeding with a product / booked tour, the Customer may transfer his Product Coverage to a person who meets all applicable conditions. for the Tour / activity, provided that the Customer will notify Hellas Canyon of his intention, at least 14 days before the date on which the activity will take place. In the event of such a transfer, the transferring Customer and the transferee Customer are equally liable to Hellas Canyon for the payment of the Product price (or, if part of the price has been paid, for its repayment) and for any additional costs that may be incurred. resulting from this transfer.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS BY CUSTOMERS
The Customer acknowledges that the nature of the Product’s excursions / activities is adventurous and may pose a significant risk to its health and / or safety. There are generally risks inherent in outdoor activities and tours and the Customer recognizes that there is always the potential for such risks to health and
security and is willing to take legal responsibility for any incident involving him, confirming the booking of this Product.
The Customer assumes all this risk and thus relieves the “Hellas Canyon” and the “Hellas Canyon E-Services” of all claims and causes of energy arising from any loss, damage or injury or death resulting from the risks inherent in travel, including adventure travel, visiting foreign destinations and engaging in outdoor activities and tours such as those on product itineraries.
The standards of hygiene, accommodation and transportation in Greece, where product trips / activities take place, may be lower than the corresponding standards than the customer can reasonably expect, compared to the country or region of origin.
The Customer acknowledges that the extent and nature of the personal risk depends on the nature of the State owned or the place where the Product is to be operated and that there may be significant risk of personal risk, especially if the product involves physical activity, travel to remote areas, boat transport, participation in “extreme sports” or other high-risk activities or travel to areas with underdeveloped infrastructure. The Customer acknowledges that he has considered potential risks, risks and challenges based on his own personal abilities and needs and explicitly assumes the risks of traveling under such circumstances. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Hellas Canyon is not responsible for providing Customer information or guidance regarding local customs, weather, specific safety concerns, physical challenges or applicable laws in any locations. where the activities take place.
The Customer must at all times strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Greece and the regions visited regarding the current tour / activity of the Product. In the event that Customer fails to comply with the above or commits any illegal activity during the tour / activity or if, in the (reasonable) opinion of Hellas Canyon, Customer behavior causes or is likely to cause danger, anxiety or bad mood in the team, then Hellas Canyon may terminate the customer’s travel arrangements on any Product immediately without any liability of Hellas Canyon and the Customer will not be entitled to a refund for unused or lost services or costs resulting from the termination of travel arrangements, including unrestricted, return trips, accommodation, meals or ancillary.
Customers agree that they are responsible for any Hellas Canyon costs incurred as a result of damages, damage, theft or excessive cleaning charges incurred or incurred by Customer during the tour / activity. Customers agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage of this kind to the on-site staff.

Hellas Canyon and its partners are not responsible for any failure of the Customer to comply with the instructions or safety instructions of Hellas Canyon or its affiliates.
Customer agrees to submit any product complaints as soon as possible in order to provide Hellas Canyon with the opportunity to properly address such complaint. Customer agrees to notify the responsible escort or other designated Hellas Canyon representative as soon as possible.
Hellas Canyon assumes no responsibility for complaints that are not properly notified to Hellas Canyon with adequate notice to resolve any customer complaints. Any complaint submitted after the completion of the Product tour / activity must be received in writing by Hellas Canyon through its representatives or directly within 30 days of the end of the tour product / activity.
Hellas Canyon IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD MEDIATORY SUPPLIERS
Hellas Canyon agrees with accommodation providers, service providers, bus companies, carriers, tour operators, tour guides and local guides and other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”) to provide you with travel services and more. services you purchase that are an integral part of your product tour / activity.
Third party suppliers may also block
services of local operators and / or subcontractors for the provision of travel services that are part of the product / products of the tour / activity. Although Hellas Canyon makes every reasonable effort to select Third Party Suppliers, Hellas Canyon is not in a position to control or supervise Third Party Suppliers and therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions. Travel services and other services provided are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, terms of carriage, tickets and vouchers and the international conventions and agreements governing the provision of their services. These can limit or
exclude the liability of the supplier. Customer acknowledges that Third Party Suppliers operate in accordance with the applicable laws of the countries in which they operate and that Hellas Canyon does not warrant that any Supplier complies with the laws of Customer’s country of residence or any other jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellas Canyon is not responsible for and will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses or expenses arising from suffering, loss of enjoyment, upset, frustration, anxiety or physical or mental by act or omission of any party other than Hellas Canyon and its associates.
For the sake of clarity, neither Hellas Canyon nor any carrier is liable for acts or omissions, negligible or not, of third parties.
OPTIONAL EXPENSES
Optional additional costs (which for the purposes of this section mean any activity,
transport, lunch or any other product or service not explicitly included in the product description or in the product route or in the product price) are not part of the product tour / activity. Customer agrees that any assistance provided by Hellas Canyon Tour Leaders or any other Hellas Canyon representative in arranging, selecting or booking any Optional Exceptions is purely at Customer’s request and Hellas Canyon does not provide any warranty in this regard. information and expressly disclaims any liability arising out of any optional exceptions or participation in, by any Customer or any information provided by any representative of Hellas Canyon or the Leader Tour for any optional add-ons.
Therefore, the Customer exempts Hellas Canyon from all claims and causes of action caused by any compensation, loss of enjoyment, suffering or injury related to or arising out of the participation or withholding of Optional Exceptions.
Any Customer using such services or activities is deemed to agree and consent
The liability for any loss, damage, death, injury, illness, emotional distress, mental distress or psychological damage or loss or damage to property is the sole responsibility of the provider of such service or activity.
RESPONSIBILITY
Hellas Canyon and Hellas Canyon E-Services (collectively, for the purposes of this section) are not liable for any damages, expenses, losses or claims due to the fault of any Customer, the unforeseen or unavoidable action or omission of any third party. not related to the provision of services that are part of the Product or force majeure events (as defined herein).
Hellas Canyon assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to Customers’ luggage or personal belongings while participating in a product tour / activity. Customers should not leave personal items unattended in any public space, on any means of transport or elsewhere and are always responsible for their own items. Hellas Canyon shall not be liable for the loss or damage of valuables or other items remaining on the Hellas Canyon premises such as hotels, accommodation, ships, vehicles or any other means of transport.
In the event that any loss, death, injury or illness is caused by acts and / or omissions of Hellas Canyon or third party suppliers of any services that are part of the Contract then Hellas Canyon limits its liability in accordance with applicable international conventions.
Notwithstanding anything other than these Terms, Hellas Canyon shall not be liable in any way to its customers for any loss or expected loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of contract or other opportunity or any other consequential or indirect consequence. loss or damage of a similar nature.
For claims that do not involve bodily injury, death or illness or that are not subject to the aforementioned contracts, any liability for Hellas Canyon that may result from negligence and / or omissions of its suppliers is limited to the maximum price paid by the customer for Product without including premiums and management fees. Hellas Canyon will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to valuables of any kind. The Customer agrees that it will not be possible to make a double recovery, claiming the same claims and requesting recovery from Hellas Canyon and its suppliers, or other third parties.
MORE VIOLENCE
Hellas Canyon shall not be liable in any way to the Customer for death, personal injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or damage to person or property or financial expenses both direct and indirect, or for failure to start operation of Hellas Canyon, perform and / or complete any duty due to the Customer if the death, delay, physical injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, injury or other loss or damage to a person or property is caused by his actions God damages, mechanical damage, terrorist acts or the threat of such, political unrest, work difficulties, interventions by the authorities, political disturbances, in any case and where any of them may arise or be caused, riots, insurgency and government , fire, extreme weather conditions or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Hellas Canyon, or an event that Hellas Canyon or the service provider, even with all due care, could not have foreseen.
PHOTOS AND MARKETING
Customer agrees that while participating in any Hellas Canyon product tour / activity (including, without limitation, Group / Independent travel and other tour / activity products), images, photos or videos may be taken by other customers and / or Hellas Canyon or Tour Leaders that may contain or characterize the Customer in whole or in part. Customer acknowledges that it agrees to such photographs and agrees that Customer hereby grants an unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable license to Hellas Canyon, its subsidiaries and agents, for reproduction for any purpose (including marketing and promotions), in any medium, whether it is currently known or without further obligation to the Customer or compensation payable to the Customer.
SECURITY POLICY
Hellas Canyon must collect personal information from Customers to make any booking, deliver the Products and any additional services, to assist in the evaluation of these Products. Hellas Canyon takes care to ensure all information
to protect the privacy of all its Customers. Hellas Canyon collects, uses and discloses only the information reasonably required to enable us to provide the specific Product or service you have requested, as described in the Hellas Canyon Privacy Policy, which may be accessed at any time at the link gia / travel-resources / privacy-policy and are expressly enshrined in these Terms. Specifically, Hellas Canyon may share your information, as necessary, with third party suppliers and operators who provide services or parts of the Product to Customers, in order to enable them to provide such products and services. All such third parties are bound by the terms of the Hellas Canyon Privacy Policy. By submitting personal information to Hellas Canyon, customers indicate their acceptance of the terms of the Hellas Canyon Privacy Policy.
TRANSPARENCY
In the event that any term or condition contained herein is not enforceable or void by law or in the public interest or for any other reason then this term or condition is deemed to have been cut off from these Terms or amended accordingly only to such an extent it is necessary to allow the validity and continuation of the commitments of all remaining terms and conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be so broad that it is not enforceable, that provision shall be construed to be both broad and enforceable. The invalidity or non-application of any provision of this does not affect in any way
the validity or application of any other provision.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LAWS
The Agreement and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Greece and all Customers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greece to resolve any dispute under these Terms or regarding a Product.
AMENDMENTS
Hellas Canyon and Hellas Canyon E-Services reserve the right to update and / or modify these
Terms at any time and post the modified Terms on the Hellas Canyon website. Any such modification will take effect 10 days after it is posted on the Website.
The latter terms, according to the amendment, can be accessed at any time on the Hellas Canyon website or will be sent to the Customer upon written request to Hellas Canyon. Customers are deemed to have accepted any modifications to these Terms on the date that is 10 days after they are posted on the Hellas Canyon website. Hellas Canyon recommends that all Customers refer to the Terms prior to their trip to familiarize themselves with the most up-to-date version of this
